Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your e-mail box accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Also, you can redirect e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just choose the e-mail account you wish to redirect emails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
